Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • New Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and any other included items. The packaging must be undamaged and in like-new condition. 
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been well used and damaged.
  • Items returned without their original packaging and accessories (we will charge a restocking fee if to be returned)

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Contact Espresso Machine Depot Customer Service at (770) 272-4357 or service@espressomachinessoutheast.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  2. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is well protected to prevent damage during shipping. Include all original accessories, manuals, and any other included items.
  3. Mark the Package: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item, to the address provided by Customer Service. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier that provides tracking information.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g we shipped the wrong item).
  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

Restocking Fees:

  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of upto 5% of the purchase price for returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy (item is not in new condition, missing accessories, damaged packaging). 
  • Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Inspection and Condition of Returned Items:

  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Exchanges:

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately (770) 272-4374 within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photos or other documentation of the damage or defect.
